Return Policy
It is our goal to always have you leave happy. However, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, full or partial refunds and store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis following the guidelines below. If we have made a genuine mistake, we will certainly make it right. In general, we are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated correctly, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference.
Make sure everything is correct with the design, decoration and spelling before you leave the bake shop. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after signing for your purchase.
All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc. Vegan cakes need to be stored and served as directed in order to ensure the best quality.
Once you taste your product, if you are not satisfied, please call us as soon as possible, preferably within 24hrs and we will work out a solution. We will only offer refunds or credits for product that has been returned to the shop. Cake flavor and texture is subjective and we reserve the right to determine what does and does not meet our standards.
Store credit percents are based on how quickly the cake is returned, how much has been consumed, and what we determine the quality to be. We will not issue refunds for cakes that have already been completely eaten.
Store credits of any kind will not be issued to customers who do not contact us within 48 hours of the schedule event. Refunds of any kind will not be issued after 7 days of picking up the product.
