The Bake Shop Experience
The Bakery
In our big pink bakery nestled in our tiny Catskill town, we create homemade, best-you’ve-ever-had baked goods with eggs from our local farmers. We use coffee beans from local roasters and create warm and delicious coffee and espresso drinks with milk from our local dairy farms.
The Library
Settle into one of our comfy armchairs, get lost in one of our books for sale, browse the newspaper, or sip your drink by the fire. Share a pot of tea with your best friend. Catch up with your gang in one of our large booths or sit with family at one of our vintage tables.
The Market Place
In our marketplace you'll find homemade lunches to go, local and organic bottled beverages including beer and wine, and a growing number of locally made gifts and snacks.
